Mike Steelman

Mike was a student of Toshiko’s from 1974-1978. After graduating, Mike was involved in both the Princeton University ceramics class and also helping out at the Takaezu Studio through 1986.

Mike returned to working with clay in 2011, focusing on hand-building, textures and porcelain. He has been a participant in various Takaezu Studio events such as Hand-building Workshops and the bi-annual Open Houses.
